under saddle. He had the
winter off and was restarted
in June 2011.
In August 2011 Scanner’s
Gold was taken to an off
property site to school
under saddle. He
demonstrates a fantastic
trot and canter.
Scanner's Gold has just
started to jump and is
demonstrating a talent for
it.

(Darcie) - On
May 3,
Crème
of the Crop (Dixie) foaled out a
palomino filly. Her sire is
Mirabeau.
This filly is a tall, well put
together filly with the look at me
attitude that we like.
Debonair Prince
(Denny)
- On
May 21,
Timely Purpose (Ginger) gave
birth to our second foal by
Melody’s Prince. This
time it is a colt.
Again
Melody’s Prince stamped this
foal as his own!

Stardust Melodies (Mel)
delivered a very feisty palomino filly.
Her sire is El Dorado.
This filly (aka
Destiny)
is an awesome addition to our 2009 foal
crop.

On June 14,
This is for Gran (Xena) had a
colourful filly; Her sire is
Arts Aero. This filly is a
different colour of horse for Flying
Colours Farms and we are ecstatic with
the results.
2008 Foals
Copper Twist
(aka Caluhua)- This little bundle of joy arrived on March 22. This is
the second beautiful baby we have
received from our "This is for Gran" mare. We are
over the moon with "Caluhua" as she
has that "in your pocket" attitude
about her that you just can't help
but love. She is by
Guaranteed Gold.
Mirage - (aka Cassidy)
Crème of the Crop has done
it again for us! She delivered a
beautiful, tall and leggy creamy -
coloured palomino colt for us on May
22. He is going to be a huge boy as
he has an enormous shoulder and such
tall legs already. Beautiful head,
wonderfully put together and a
lovely palomino colour all in one
package! He is out of our "Crème of the Crop", a 16 H
light coloured buckskin mare and by
" Mirabeau,",
a 16.2 Cremello German Warmblood.
2007 Foals
Golden Oaks
(aka Beau) by
Guaranteed
Gold out of
Black Oaks Paris
arrived on April 15th
2007.
This beautiful mare has produced just an awesome
palomino colt, very
tall, and movement
to die for! Beau would make a perfect hunter prospect with his personality
and attitude which
he seems to be portraying so far.
Bronze Motivation
- (aka Bronski) On May 6, our mare Matt's
A Motivation had a beautiful
buckskin colt. He has inherited his mother's very easy
going personality and exhibits this
as he has certainly become an "in
your pocket" foal. He is very well put together and would certainly make
his own statement on the hunter
field.
Bronze Motivation (aka Bronski) is
sired by
Guaranteed Gold and will be registered by the Canadian Sport
Horse Association.
Tinker's Trinket
(aka Bianca)

Driving Rosa Wild foaled
out a fantastic JC palomino
filly, Tinker's Trinket, on June 9, 2007.
Having a Mom who is the
granddaughter of Sadler's Wells
certainly shows in this little
filly's athletic abilities as
she happily frolics with the
other babies. This
one may just be too hard to let
go!
Bianca was sired by
Guaranteed Gold .
Bailey's Irish Crème (aka
Bailey) arrived on June 18 and
what a complete package he truly
is! He
has colour to die for and
conformation that is oh so
correct. His
beautiful head just compliments
all the perfection he carries.
Bailey is out of
Crème of the Crop by
Guaranteed Gold. He
will easily reach 16 H + as his
Mom is sired by Brilliant
Intuiten and is already at her
sire's height.
2006
Foals
Buckskin Boy
(aka Austin) was born
March 28, 2006. He is
a buckskin colt by
Guaranteed Gold
out of
BJ’s Purpose, our mare by Social
Wizard. Austin
has a beautiful stride
excellent conformation and is very
willing and eager to learn. He
should finish well over 16 hh mark
and would make a perfect mount for
just about any discipline. When
Austin participates in shows he
behaves like a perfect gentleman and
receives a lot of compliments.
Coppertime (aka Ashley) was born April 17, 2006. She is a buckskin filly by Guaranteed Gold
out of
Timely Purpose , our mare by Play for Time. Ashley has great conformation combined with an
elegance that would make her stand
out even if she wasn’t a ‘coloured’
Thoroughbred. She is very people oriented and willing to please.
